Virtual Call Center was founded, initially under the name of NDG (later eWorldCom)
Focus shifted to VoIP research & development, developing IP-based phone and fax applications
The first deployed call centre service (iCall) was started
iCall was terminated, and the call centre service became exclusively cloud-based, under the name Virtual Call Center
“Virtual Call Center” became our central product and the entire company adopted the name
Virtual Call Center GmbH Erdingben was set up in Erding (the headquarters later moved to Munich)
DBH Investment provided EUR 0.5 million in capital to support the international growth of the company
Virtual Call Center Sp. zo.o. was established in Warsawn
