Our Mission

Company History

1999

Virtual Call Center was founded, initially under the name of NDG (later eWorldCom)

2003

Focus shifted to VoIP research & development, developing IP-based phone and fax applications

2005

The first deployed call centre service (iCall) was started

2008

Call was terminated, and the call centre service became exclusively cloud-based, under the name Virtual Call Center

2010

“Virtual Call Center” became our central product and the entire company adopted the name

2011

Virtual Call Center GmbH was set up in Erding (the headquarters later moved to Munich)

2013

DBH Investment provided EUR 0.5 million in capital to support the international growth of the company

2014

Virtual Call Center Sp. z o.o. was established in Warsawn

2016

A regionally unique service called VCC Pay has been launched, and our mobile application, VCC Mobile App went live.
